There's going to be some changes coming to reservations when it comes to exchanging those. Previously with a reserved instance, you could do some exchanges to move regions or change series sizes. January 1, 2024, there is not going to be exchanges anymore in that way. If you think maybe you're going to have to change regions or changing series, you might want to go look at those Azure savings plans.
