Disney has bought 20 years extension of its copyright twice. The last one was the so called micky mells copyright term extension act. All copyrights were extended for forty more years because of disney. It destroyed, for decades, access to an enormous wealth of american popular culture. If you're not taking some stand, then somebody else is making that choice for you.
