i think that it would be very difficult to extend a ruling um say the class action in california was successful and got mid-journey shut down. i don't know that they would be able to trace all of the images that are created with mid-j Journey. I feel like there's a lot of ethical questions that people are asking for the right reasons but then of course we have to also be aware that it's very easy you could take my short story paste it into chat and into gpt4 and say rewrite this with a different character name.
