Is There a Shadow Side to Leadership?
Leadership is like any, any tool, misused overused and properly used is, is no good anymore. There always has to be as a leader the ability to be present with the truth - that you do not have enough resources or whatever that truth is. And there's also a massive weight that somebody who's a CEO holds with the financial when it's when things are getting pretty low. I found a pretty difficult balance and a dance to do and I hope that I'm never in that situation again.
