An Amber Alert Was Not Deactivated
Torry was dismissed at three 25 and ran back in to get her butterfly earrings. She was accompanied by a woman who appeared to be between 19 and 25 years old with long black hair. The pair walked briskly past several people, although torry didn't seem in distress or like she being forced. Torry identified in the blurry footage because of her cropped blond hair, skirt and black fur lined hoody. Local community were greatly upset at the failure to activate an amber alert. An online petition was started up that gathered signatures from angry locals.
