Do You Have Dissenting Opinions?

When dissenting ideas are silenced, a not necessarily on purpose, just because it's very clear that culturally, you know, it's not open ah then what what happens is that the people who did have dissenting ideas don't feel ownership over the process. In some ways, they can end up rooting for things to fail, because then they you know it', sort of, i told you so. Or people who do have interesting dissenting opinions just quit because they don't feel like the people they are open to it.
