Some organizations are not don't have claret in a why should we invest an enabling team. What we need is first understand teams are different. Some teams, well, have gaps in testing. Others will have gaps in architecture, et cetera. And if we try to treat teams all the same, that's not going to work very well. Weot understand different teams have different gaps, and then try to help them.
