I think you can do both, absolutely. We should be growing and developing and nourishing relationships internal to our companies but also continue to grow and see what's outside of there. I see amazing things that soffor engineers are doing all the time outside of perhaps their main mode of employment,. And to share things about that help other people in various respects.
