The Importance of User Experience in Web 2.0

The episode that Andy was on last time was about tools and this kind of came up a lot. The actual experience of using the tools often was what made us like them. We've some I guess in the past neglected maybe developer because we assume pro user you know they can even look at the code if they're not sure. So as much of that as you can kind of take advantage of I feel is like a good thing.
