Is Stable Diffusion a Tool?

Art in and of itself doesn't really exist other than in what you want as an emotional response. But it's actually questioning what you think of art. Do robots have emotions? Do Android stream of electric streams? You see a turtle and it's back. It's so abstract from the point of it being the piece. Stable diffusion is incredible when you play with it. And it's all open source, technologically it's incredible. I don't think AI, that far beyond crosses the point where it's a tool because that's like saying, okay, take this as a sort of made up argument.
