The law bands the teaching of any sort of sex ad from kindergarten to eighth grade. It was already banned in florida schools, so they were making is like, more explicit. Because it's so broad, it raised questions about whether even things like a picture on your desk of you and your partner are now criminalized. The right views all this stuff as non or no; i think that's where the disconnect is.
