All emotions are useful to us. There's not emotion you can name that you don't spend money to produce. Our mind tells us that only certain emotions are good and then it clings to those, which it turns out we're learning. Can we allow our experience to inform our journey in a way that's not wallowing? And is also not avoiding. That space there is the wisdom space, isn't it? To feel it and then have flexibility in your relationship to it. Yeah. I do find that the flexibility skills really help. No matter how much time on the planet you have, you never fully learn it. It's a beautiful summary of the whole conversation.
