The Importance of Visualizing Services

I'm curious like how and where have you seen that this need is actually there and that it's helpful. People might be really quite familiar with one or two of the things they work on but not the breadth of them. I've also had people saying well we've got the staff canteen, facilities that look after the toilet blocks like these all services. They are an important way of keeping an organization going but in terms of the things we provide to customers the rationale the sort of raison d'etre for our organization then they're a sort of enabler they're not actual service.
