The first few hours of a 12-hour walk are often the most difficult. But once you cut through that noise, your brain and nervous system quiets down. You have to commit to the entire time - take as many breaks as you want but don't stop for any reason. It's important to be aware of what is looping in our brains over and over and over again. And then it's always a good reminder to cut through that Noise and go like, all right.
