How the New Testament Interprets the Old Testament

New testament writers are following the model of hermetical moves within the hebrew scriptures. They're starting from this interpretive momentum that's already in motion, and they're continuing something that already has interpretive tentacles spread out within the old testament. In many cases, new testament authors are gravitating towards texts in the old testament that are donor texts of interpretation in later old testament texts.
