Chesterton's Principle of Subsidiarity

I think that looking at things from Chesterton's perspective, even though he lived before some of these issues came about, will help us to align our values and then create more, more peace. This is not going to be a top down thing. There's no way that you can enforce it’s such an oxymoron anyway, but how could the principle of subsidiarity be enforced top down? I'm like, you think they have any control? I can't even control my own show nice.
