And somebody's going to cut you man. Right. I mean, I never go to the Bronx. I've been four times in my life. So we don't know what it's really like. Some of the Bronx is very beautiful. But when you say fail, yeah, it depends on what the goal is. The urban planning was just stick, stick as many people as possible into the cheapest possible buildings. Get paid by the city subsidies.
