How Did You Feel When You Changed Name?

I think one of the really important parts of that reflection process is to help the children link their feelings to their behaviour. When they're able to identify my heart was thumping on my palms or sweaty or my under or my stomach became in a squeezy knot on my face felt hot so then they start to actually understand physically what response their body is going through and then try and link that to a replacement behaviour. We're trying to get them to intervene earlier because we're trying to getting them to recognise their feelings earlier before it reaches a peak and it disrupts them their learning and the teacher and the learning of all the other children. So over an extended period of time maybe you can share
