Pace: I grew up in a household of 12 children, blue-colored working father. My dad was a CPA during the day, made $60,000 a year supporting 12 kids. He ended up doing drywall for little ladies and all that kind of stuff just to make ends meet. And I ultimately ended up doing the same thing when I got into my 20s. It wasn't until Bethany Willis hired me to do some of her fix-and-flips...I would have never been able to get into real estate.
