i would encourage any, any manage or two, to pay attention to where their focus is. It's probably a better proxy of who they are as managers. I learned through reading a tere's book, er from er, 15 years ago called rapt and tere's that never left meshan tender. Your life is the sum of what you focus on. Where doyou spend your time?
