The Benefits of Old Man Jiu Jitsu

Tight pressure Jiu Jitsu is a good idea as you get older because you're not going to be able to move as much without being exhausted. Some people are pretty strong of strong grips and they can hold that isometric strength, have good isometric strength. So yeah, old man, you just maybe more of a slower paced pressure passing game. But if you're like Tim who's been training probably 10 years, he's a brown belt. Now, being a brown button, I'm saying everybody starts you just to a different times and stays in their life. You may not be able to have that more dynamic on the spot problem solving ability.
