Three Dimensions of Challenges in Project Management

When you are a practitioner and you want to apply a certain model, let's say a binary classification model, for instance, the model itself is not the real issue or the real problem to solve. The problem is to understand that business, to understand the problem, make the stakeholders as well as understand how you are going to try to solve it. So those are the three dimensions of challenges that we can find when we are trying to apply a simple application one to a certain industry program. During our work, we identified like three dimensions in these type of challenges.
