Introduction
Stephan coller is a director of research for the flow genom project and one of the world's leading experts on human performance. He says there are nine initial conditions for flow, but four are most important. To hack flow, you need to believe in it as if your life was on the line. The challenge has to be slightly harder than your skill set. You can't overwhelm yourself with too many different tasks at once. Clear goals that you can sight will get you to flow. Sports work very well for this - ecause you are getting constant kinesthetic feedback. It's a little trickier in business because we don't always see each other right away.
