Today, more than 40 percent of men and 65 percent of women are on multiple diets per year. Despite that, nearly 75 percent of the United States is overweight or obese, and more people are gaining weight around the globe for the last three decades. There are many issues that lead to weight gain, but diet book that push you towards extremes and force you to stress about BS are a big part of the problem.
