The Trump Indictment and the Republican Party's Future

The likelihood that this trial is sometime after the primaries and before the convention is pretty hot. The account in the indictment count for talks about how Donald Trump attacked the civil rights of every American. That will naturally blunten in the same way that we saw after the January 6th committee hearings. And so, so far it works well. Are we forecasting that it'll continue to work well through the election? Not if there's a conviction by a jury of his peers.
