The History of Coding in South Africa

In post-apartheid South Africa, there's still the looming history. Is there a sense amongst black folks getting involved in coding that it's a white job and that white folks have all the secrets? Did they have computers growing up and do they have like a 10-year head start or a many hundred-year head starts? And do you have to kind of break that down? Yes, absolutely.
