Alex correll is one of over 70,000 google career certificate graduates. He says we end up doing a lot of diversity training but this to the fundamental structures of society remain in place. The broad problem is pretty much that people believe the wrong things or have the wrong habits,. he argues. If you really want better culture in universities, i think you need a better university system - it's more like the california master plan.

Olúfẹmi Táíwò is a philosopher and an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Georgetown University. He is the author of Reconsidering Reparations, and his latest book is Elite Capture: How the Powerful Took Over Identity Politics (And Everything Else).
