FinTech's Access to the Fed's Payment Systems

By partnering with a bank, FinTech can access a Fedmaster account. There's actually been chatter in the past year about the possibility of non-bank chartered entities like FinTech's getting access to the Fed accounts. Just because you partner with a bank doesn't mean you get an equal say in all aspects of the program.
