I didn't think I wanted kids for a very long time. When I realised that at the end of my life I would either be taken care of by my children or by someone else's. People should look up the abuse rates in nursing homes. The idea that any of us are going to look forward to state pensions and sort of full service NHS and social care is for the birds and everything else.
