How do you set the right balance between high performance and psychological safety? I think early on, it was very, very focused on making sure that every output was kind of perfect. And i think the other one is around collaboration. A collaborate, like a product org lives and dies by it,. Whether it's perceived as collaboratie with its cross functional partners. How do you stamp out any kind of elements of n of, you know, whether it's politics or or selfishness in an organization? We've done everything from going to re evaluate everything in our hiring process to find whether they're any briesies. It's allso superrelevant to building good product cultures....
