You Have More Power Than One Person Should Have

Leadership is a massing resource of some kind in order to get things accomplished. You have more power than one person should have as a leader, both power over people as human resources and actual resource. That's what we push back in our culture when we don't like the idea that someone shouldn't be in leadership. But if they're a good leader, they wield that power appropriately and they don't harm anybody.
