Michael Fruman was deputy national security advisor and then US trade representative under President Obama. He's been until very recently a vice chairman at Mastercard but in a few weeks he will be taking over what I think one would say was America's most illustrious foreign policy think tank, the council on foreign relations. We've got lots to talk about but I wanted first to ask you about that speech that Jake Sullivan made a few weeks ago at the Brookings institution in Washington.
