Do You Have a Mind Set for Depression?

If the client doesn't come out of the session feeling they got something good from the session, there's not going to be a second session or a third. You don't have to ask 200 questions about depression and suicide. Ask a few basic ones to see if that's an area you need to explore. And so i think what we're doing in the single session approach is saying, many people come in and they want some help now. They've got, they've got the right mind set, a and we're trying to help them figure out what would be most helpful for them. One or the same doesn't make a change.
