Gas Flares Aren't Helping in the Fight to Limit Climate Change

Four per cent of the gas consumed world wide goes straight into the sky without any productive use. One point two billion c o two equivalent tons is about one to two % of all emissions globally. Most of the flares we're talking about to day are deliberately set by oil producers. If you don't get rid of that gas, the pressure can build until it becomes dangerous.
