The Australian Government's New Projections for Electric Vehicles
The Australian government now has an electric vehicle policy where they want to use a collection of like, I think it's a rebate and maybe some reductions in the tax burden on new purchases. And their target for emissions reductions in transport was only like a small fraction lower than what was projected to happen anyway by the government environment department. They were probably juicing those a bit using some funky assumptions about EVs and also calculating transport emissions in a funky way.
