The Holy Spirit Is the Most Powerful Force in the Universe

Most of what Paul writes, most of his letters are about learning to kill your flesh because it's hard to do. Your flesh had control until the point that you start killing it. It doesn't like when your spirit comes in and says hey knock it off. Fear wants to tell you lies and get you to submit to it. When you submit to fear, then you have fear-based reactions and responses. And you have an opportunity between the reaction and the response to not choose a submit to fear.
