What's the Difference Between Chinese and US Tech?
For Chinese companies, the standard mode of operating for communication is to just get everyone together in a room. And we just most people don't really talk. It's like several key members doing most of the communication. We usually use English for these more international meetings, but in the like the higher up leadership meetings, it's in Mandarin. For these like large meetings that are like execution based, almost always in English, and we use an internal tool called lark in Chinese.
