The 14th Amendment and the Right to Die With Dignity

I understand the concerns around these discussions very intimately, you know, very personally. That doesn't necessarily mean what Missouri is asking here is correct. The 14th Amendment doesn't require that Missouri's position went in court. And centering human dignity does not mean that a teenager who wants to kill themselves should be given immediate access to suicide. It's one of the things that angered me about Scalia's concurrence.
