How to Fry Fish Tacos

I try to do the crowd pleasers. Fish tacos are always a hit and that's usually a repeat from year to year because everybody kind of knows that. The clientele has kind of changed up here. You know, we've gone from all kind of 30 something adults to heavy boos and heavy hitting hard charging folks. So it has been an interesting transformation of, you know, make sure that everybody enjoys the food. All cooking comes down to being able to season stuff properly.
