The Importance of Recognizing Your Anxiety
I started doing self-talk to myself and I would get anxiety like If I had two weeks off before I had to go hit the road again, it wasn't really two weeks off It was two weeks of anxiety about when I have to go back. So then I started uh shifting that to when the anxiety would come up. I would recognize it and I would say hey Um I'm gonna let you feel your feels like you can feel that anxiety But we're not gonna feel it until maybe a day or two before we have to leave huge so I'm gonna give myself these next 10 days to just be easy.
