In a time of war there is no limit to how far humans will go. The more resourceful entrepreneur is the one who's going to win and then after the war there's an entire generation that has been affected by his work. He had no moral qualms but that the kidnapping would be hard to carry off. Bush felt isolated with few people to lean on he was well aware of the extraordinary loneliness of his own situation yet bush refused to trouble the president president simply in order to calm his nerves.
