i want to compare washington's letter to caesar's speech, which we read that he reported to the troops. He was sort of marshalling against pompey and reminded them of the wrongs done to him at all times by his enemies. This is in his own words write, so it's not like i'm m imp in this to caesar. And for the same reason, is that they have the kind of power that few people ever have,. potentially wielded in a moment that rarely comes when the state is sort of up for grabs.
