A new meta analysis of 30 randomized clinical trials between 1982 and 2022 has declared that LDL levels drop 10% and total cholesterol decline, 7%. Being vegan or vegetarian was associated with a 14% reduction in those Apple lipoprotein B levels. This is across continents, ages, different ranges of BMI and people in different states of health,. Across all that, still found consistent benefit.
