Do You Really Need to Do This Mindfulness Meditation?
One study showed a 30 % increase in working memory after only a couple of weeks of daily mindfulness meditation. He also talks about being well rested and getting enough sleep when you don't get enough sleep. Ten minutes of mindfulness meditation has the same restorative effect for your brain as up to an hour of additional sleep. So there's obviously a lot that happens in your brain from developing this mindfulness meditation habit.
