Is GDP Growth Per Se Dangerous?

I think many women in professional lives know that their life has always been balanced with managing their personal lives. So I'm not surprised that female leaders and nations are more likely to see the importance of that in the balance of well-being for the nation as a whole. What I believe is dangerous is that we have economic systems that are structurally dependent on endless growth. There has to come a point at which nations grow up.
