I do a l mises me totally in terms of like performing, like your body has to like be prime to perform. I find that i feel the most like reved and piqued my second day on, after two rest days. It's weird with all these competitions there is an element of trying to stay in shape all the time. Do you think it's better to maybe just take a really long term yiew, pick one time in which you're going to peak? And then when you have these kind of ups and downs ofsi, maybe ups and downs isn't the right word, but you have these different events a and not really let them mess with your training.
