I view my makeup artistry a lot like how I would paint, getting the canvas prepped is really important to me. When I say I get my canvas right, I don't powder until the end. Sometimes I will put a little bit of like a dusting of translucent powder under the eye, but not pressed in just sort of loosely on top. If it gets a little more like schmudsy and shimmery like locks on your bagel, I will intend to dip. Also, somebody turned me on to these Japanese q-tips that have like sticky on them. And so you can actually stick pick up like if you have like, you know, sometimes you have a rogue
