How Do You Know What to Look for in a Prospectus?
Every investment will have some sort of written document. You want to see what is included in the investment. When ever i see a return projected at greater than ten or 12 %, i have to ask myself, what's the risk? Some investments can go to zero. And literally, you need to consider the bottom edge of where your investment might go bad.
