How to Make Classrooms More Gender Fair
If classroom language is male dominated, make sure you use a range of different pronouns. There are lots of small things which we can do in our classrooms to make them more gender fair places. If the textbooks you use don't highlight the contributions made by women, use additional materials which do. The sources such as flashcards that show a man and the woman in a central is often used. Or the visuals that promote both sexies, play any four roles in society.
