How Did You Give Up Smoking?

My dad tells these incredible stories about trading in the city of London in the 70s and 80s when smoking was just half the course. I got really sick. All of a sudden it felt like the back of my legs were sweating. It felt that way because they were. The whole institution of the financial district was set up to accommodate smoking. Every restaurant was smoking. And he lived to be a hundred and fourteen. Yeah, he's 78 years old and he ran a marathon. You know, he's never stopped. But it was just like, my word, the concept of that, the head rush that one would experience would just be brutal.
